Erin Spencer, Client Development Manager

Erin SpencerErin Spencer joined Michael Shirley Associates in 2008 as Client Development Manager. As CDM, her role is to present current and potential clients senior management personnel solutions offered by the firm. Leveraging her experience with executives in diverse markets, Spencer helps prospects clearly identify their objectives and align them with professional human capital solutions from the firm.

Spencer began her career as a sales executive and marketing manager for New Media firms before moving into client service responsibilities in the financial and information technology arenas. Soon thereafter she progressed into client relationship management eventually handling major client recruitment responsibilities. Most recently her experience in senior account business development within the information technology field has broadened her knowledge of successful major account marketing. This broad and extensive experience positions Ms. Spencer to serve potential clients with the highest level of service and professionalism.
