Lisa manages the firm’s administrative operations encompassing the research department, administrative staff, candidate qualification, scheduling and the credentials process. She works closely with Michael, Dan and Erin in all phases of client services, candidate development and project management. Prior to joining Michael Shirley Associates, Lisa spent 16 years as Director of Administration with a sales recruiting office specializing in the insurance and financial services industry. Bruemmer holds an AA degree in Business Administration.
