- Develop the “candidate profile” with the client to be recruited which will be used to identify and attract a “short list” of most desirable candidates to be considered by the hiring executive.
- Provide client with a Written Letter of Agreement which will include: position specifications, framework for conducting the search, anticipated timeframe, project guarantee, compensation to be offered, fee arrangement, and engagement summary.
- Prepare “Announcement” page to promote the opportunity available and submit to client contact prior to release in the marketplace.
- Research function will execute multiple recruiting strategies into the marketplace.
- Once candidates are identified, candidate summaries will be presented selectively to the client to include career experience and resume (if available), consultant assessment, reason for considering a change of employment, current compensation and requirements, education, and any special considerations.
- Written interview analyses on all candidates to include written candidate evaluation as well as any candidate submitted materials, detailed career review and consultant assessment.
- Preliminary references conducted, prior to client visit, on all candidates to be invited for initial interviews. All degrees and certifications are verified before initial client interview trips.
- Written project activity updates are provided every thirty days as well as regular unscheduled telephone or email “updates” with designated client contact to keep communication process “active” and “open.”
- Written formal references are provided after interview process has been completed.
- Offers are typically negotiated through the search firm.
- “Condition” candidate to provide verbal and written notification to present employer.
