Our Search Process
  • Develop the “candidate profile” with the client to be recruited which will be used to identify and attract a “short list” of most desirable candidates to be considered by the hiring executive.
  • Provide client with a Written Letter of Agreement which will include: position specifications, framework for conducting the search, anticipated timeframe, project guarantee, compensation to be offered, fee arrangement, and engagement summary.
  • Prepare “Announcement” page to promote the opportunity available and submit to client contact prior to release in the marketplace.
  • Research function will execute multiple recruiting strategies into the marketplace.
  • Once candidates are identified, candidate summaries will be presented selectively to the client to include career experience and resume (if available), consultant assessment, reason for considering a change of employment, current compensation and requirements, education, and any special considerations.
  • Written interview analyses on all candidates to include written candidate evaluation as well as any candidate submitted materials, detailed career review and consultant assessment.
  • Preliminary references conducted, prior to client visit, on all candidates to be invited for initial interviews.  All degrees and certifications are verified before initial client interview trips.
  • Written project activity updates are provided every thirty days as well as regular unscheduled telephone or email “updates” with designated client contact to keep communication process “active” and “open.”
  • Written formal references are provided after interview process has been completed.
  • Offers are typically negotiated through the search firm.
